  2. Data analysis to tailor the training session(s)
  3. Workshop(s)
  4. Feedback forms (collected by organisation in session) – to be shared with the trainers within one week of the workshop.
  5. Feedback shared by AR to the delegates one month post workshop. Analysis and results report delivered to the organisation.
