Andene is a qualified HR Consultant, Trainer, and Coach. She has 20+ years’ human resource management, executive coaching, and training design and delivery experience gained across multiple sectors including charity and third-sector organisations.

As a Coach, she specialises in Life Coaching and Personal Development. Andene participates in recruitment exercises for judges being appointed to Courts and Tribunals as a panel member for the Judicial Appointments Commission.

She sits in employment tribunals for England & Wales as an employer member and is a qualified teacher and lay panel member with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
