You cannot change the past. Past mistakes, past experiences or past actions.
But you can always look back to learn. To identify your triggers and patterns of behaviour so you can better yourself, and appreciate how you’ve succeeded and become more resilient, better equipped, more prepared.
Today, I want to help you coach yourself.
So, ask yourself:
- “What have I overcome?”. Reflect on every challenge you have been through.
Now, appreciate how you have grown, and how far you have come.
- List all what you’ve learned – about yourself as well as the situations.
How can you use all your experiences to overcome this challenge?
- What is your next step?
