✅ Get a different perspective of the situation. Do not waste time overthinking, gain a new perspective by seeking out the experiences of others who have been here before.
✅ Ask yourself, does this really matter? If so, why? What exactly makes this worth the anxiety and stress?
✅ Focus on what could and has gone right instead of what could go wrong. Hundreds of things go right every day, we just do not focus on them! List them.
✅ Break your pattern. Notice how you would normally deal with a situation and set up a trigger to help you break that unhelpful pattern.
✅ Remember you are in control and you have access to everything you need to solve this problem.
